The USAID-funded Land and Rural Development Program, in its 5th year, addresses the challenges around land administration that drive poverty, conflict, and environmental degradation in Colombia. USAID solves macro-level institutional blockages that prevent government entities from effectively administering land. Regionally, the program supports local goverments in land and rural development interventions that increase access to land and resource for victims of conflict.
